# Shopify

**The ultimate lowdown on destroying Shopify sites with Cybersole**

**Fast Mode**

This is the mode you should be running on sites that do not utilize Shopify's antibot. Most small boutiques and sites that you'll usually run as Custom will not have antibot.

**Safe Mode**

For sites such as DSM and those that use password pages as well as use antibot, this is the mode you'll want to run. You'll also want to run this mode on sites that use antibot but may drop random. This is due to this mode not generating a checkout URL until the product is found.

**Safe Preload Mode**

Use this mode on all sites that have a scheduled drop time.

**Restock Mode**

For sites that have disabled antibot/do not use it at all, this is the mode that you'll want to use. The product must be loaded with variants still to be able to utilize this mode. Simply run the link and it will pick up sizes, go through the checkout process, and just sit on submitting order, constantly retrying.

**Manual Mode**

This mode isn't really necessary to use in my opinion anymore. If the site is PayPal only and requires manual checkout, feel free to run fast/safe as it will eventually get to "Waiting for checkout", then from here you can right click and hit "Open in browser" then checkout that way, rather than opening it in your browser, which is in fact slower than the method above.

**Start Times**

For stores that have a password page up (e.g DSM), starting around 30 seconds before the drop is fine. For stores that do not have a password page and have antibot (e.g Kith and Undefeated), start some Safe Preload tasks around 5 minutes before then start some around 1-2 minutes before the drop. Safe Mode tasks can be started around 1 minute before. Fast Mode tasks can be started around 5 minutes before the drop.

**Delays**

Delays around 3000/3000 have been working fine on Shopify. A timeout delay of around 20-30 should be fine. As always, experiment and find what works best for you and your setup.

**Monitor Input**

**OR Keywords:**

 "lebron,7/vii,media/purple" will search for `lebron` then `7` OR `vii` then `media` OR `purple`. The keywords with a slash inbetween are called OR keywords. These are very useful on sites that you do not really know what the product title will be. It allows you to use less tasks as well. 

**Regular Keywords:** 

"lebron,7,media,-green" will search for just `lebron`, `7`, and `media`. It will exclude any product title that has `green` in it. 

**Links:** 

Simply paste the link in. 

**Variants:** 

Simply paste the variant in. It is one variant per task, you cannot do multiple. No size selection is necessary for variants as it will go for that specific size no matter what.

**Proxies**

For sites that use antibot, run static residential proxies or unbanned datacenters. For sites that do not use antibot, datacenter proxies should be fine.

**Checkpoint and Checkout Captcha**

Shopify has implemented checkpoints to give the manual user more of a chance to purchase. We recommend having a solver or two on "Shopify Checkpoint" then a solver or two on "Shopify Checkout" to ensure your tasks get through the checkpoint and into queue and checked out as fast as possible. On sites with antibot, you will not have any one clicks and will need to solve manually.

## **Common Errors**

**Error Submitting Shipping (Handle Error)** 

This is caused by starting your Safe Preload tasks too early, which causes you to get requeued. 

**Error Submitting Order (Rate Limit)** 

This means you were detected by antibot. This normally happens mainly if you are running Fast Mode on a site with antibot, however sometimes Shopify makes changes that will cause everyone to run into this until we push a fix. 

**Payment Error** 

This usually means that the item went out of stock on processing. 

**Connection Errors**

 Your proxies are randomly disconnecting/having issues connecting to the site. This can also happen if you have not authenticated your IP for your IP auth proxies. 

**Tasks hanging on "Getting Shipping Rates"**

 This usually means that the site you are trying for does not ship to you and has region locked it to the state that their store is. 

**Invalid Credit Card Number/Billing** 

Your credit card number/billing is invalid or Shopify is returning that from their end. It is not bot related.
