Do a COMPLETE uninstall of PD on the windows server, see #faq for tutorial. 2. Download PD installer from the below drive link. This is the 3.11.55 Windows installer. 3. 3\. Install v3.11.55 using the installer that was just downloaded. 4. 4\. This should fix the blank activation screen, you can enter your key and activate it on the 3.11.55 version. 5. Your key will now be active and logged in so you can manually or auto update to latest version without the activation screen issue. Again, this is only for users having BLANK ACTIVATION SCREEN ON WINDOWS SERVERS bug This issue stems from a bug with the 3.12 activation screen, it will happen when trying to activate a key the newest version of PD.
