Footsite Error Meanings

Checkout: 400

This means your profile has already been used to checkout that item, try changing profiles if you are experiencing this error

429

You are being rate limited. Increase Delays/Add more proxies/Reduce # of tasks. If none of those work check you proxies.

500

Usually means the site is having issues, but could also be a proxy issue.

503

The site is dead or endpoint is unavailable. "Service Unavailable"

550

Another rate limiting error. Delays/Add more proxies/Reduce # of tasks. If none of those work check you proxies.

Removing Extra

This means the task has added too many items to the cart and is removing them. Try restarting the task if this status gets stuck.

Profile Error

Make sure you are running a 1:1 profile to task ratio.

Akamai Banned

This means you are pulling too many cookies from your tasks. Try upping your delays or switching your proxies.

PX Banned

Your proxies are banned by PX. Stop your tasks and use new proxies.

Getting Session Error

Usually a site response error but can also be proxy related. This happens often when the site is down or not responding. If you tasks are stuck on this error restart them. Restarting tasks or changing proxies can sometimes solve this issue.

Get Session Failed

Your connection from the site is banned, use different proxies.

Getting Token Error/Billing Token

Error Check your profiles and make sure they are 100% correct. Restarting tasks or changing proxies can sometimes solve this issue. Also try increasing your timeout delay to at least 10000 can help. Sometimes the billing token server goes down before drops so starting tasks earlier is important. Lastly, check to see if you are using an American Express card, this could potentially be the issue.

Most errors are proxy related. Only restart your tasks if they are stuck for over 5 mins.

Supreme Error Meanings:

All tasks will handle these errors appropriately and should never stop on any particular status. If they do, please open a ticket and let me know.

Gateway Error

A Gateway Error is a general indicator that there's something wrong with a website's server communication. In other words supremes site is taking a poop

Add to Cart Error

Either a timeout has occurred or the connection has been lost somehow through your proxy or the Supreme server.

Checking Out Error

Same as Add to Cart Error

Checking Status Error

Same as Add to Cart Error

Failed Status

  • Our antibot code fails (if this happens you will see everyone get the same failed status and there will be 0 successes across all users)

  • Your profile (card number) was used for too many tasks - keep 1:1 profile to task ratio

  • Your profile (card number) was used across different bots

  • Your card type is not accepted (some vccs for example)

  • Not enough funds on your card

  • Your proxies were flagged by Supreme

  • Your checkout delay was too low and you were unlucky

  • You were unlucky (yes Supreme does randomly decline users after being queued if their servers get overloaded)

  • You used captcha bypass and it isn't allowed

  • Your address is banned

Yeezy Supply Error Meanings:

Unable to Access Site

This often happens when yeezy flags the proxy you are using. If you restart your task the bot should pick the next proxy in your proxy group.

What is profile error?

Double check your profiles for any misinformation. This could be anything from CC expiration to shipping/billing address. If you are using a reshipper it is likely that it is banned. Try using real addresses for better results.

Miscellaneous Errors:

Akamai Task Limit

If your tasks is showing this status it means that you pulled an abnormal amount of akamai cookies for that task. Restart tasks or make more.

Too Many Request

You are being rate limited by Supreme.

  • Use proxies (1:1)

  • Increase delays

  • reduce # of tasks (if you are running local)
