How to fix: PD stuck at loading screen or looping in the background.
Use the full uninstall instructions in click here (Steps 4-7 are different please review them carefully)
Download PD from click herearrow-up-right
Enter the key again and login (DO NOT CLICK OK OR YES ON THE POP UP BOXES)
Close the bot and reopen it.
If the bot does not open on the latest version of PD download the most recent version from the link in click herearrow-up-right
DO NOT REINSTALL BEFORE THE STEP ABOVE.
