Reinstallation on PC

How to fix: PD stuck at loading screen or looping in the background.

• Use the full uninstall instructions in click here (Steps 4-7 are different please review them carefully)

• Download PD from click here

• Enter the key again and login (DO NOT CLICK OK OR YES ON THE POP UP BOXES)

• Close the bot and reopen it.

• If the bot does not open on the latest version of PD download the most recent version from the link in click here

• DO NOT REINSTALL BEFORE THE STEP ABOVE.
